A huge number foreign citizens dream of moving abroad, not even knowing what difficulties they will face.
We decided to take care of those who are planning to move, and to prevent possible difficulties of adaptation. This article is not about how to be on the other side of the border and what kind of transport to use for moving, but about what needs to be done in order for the move to be successful, and life in a new place is happy.

Take the first simple step
Those who have moved abroad tirelessly talk about the importance of learning the language. This is a great way to determine the seriousness of your own intentions: if you really want to move, enrolling and attending linguistic courses will be a great test of strength.
Programs and applications for training are not suitable: you need a certificate confirming the knowledge of the language at a certain level. Not necessarily C1 – at first level B or even A will be sufficient. It is important first of all to indicate the willingness to do something today, now.
This does not require significant investment and in any case will be useful in the future. If the choice of language is difficult, learn English - you will not be mistaken.
Assess your chances
You are already in your forties, professional skills and experience are not happy, and the knowledge is not so unique as to be an advantage in the labor market? You should either urgently make an effort to acquire all this, or do not steam and go to work as a cleaner or repairman without higher education and special skills.
Another thing is an active professional who wants to get his own business, engage in scientific developments or inventions, create new jobs and start-ups. And age is not a hindrance - fifty-year-olds are welcome here no less than twenty-year-old graduates.
But don't forget: Europe is not as united as it is commonly said. The European Union is different: Estonia's agenda and interests are not the same as in Austria, Spain or Germany. This does not mean the need to put an end to your future, just be reasonable.
Prioritize
First of all, forget about the dreams that everything will work out here and at once. It's so nice to dream of life near! Champs Elysees or the famous boulevards of the French capital. Usually it is a fairy tale leading into the sphere of fantastic representations based on tabloid literature.
No money for France?
Choose another country of the European Union, and already there try to make attempts to be closer to the cherished dream. And if you sit and dream, wait for the cherished happy ticket to the steamer to universal happiness, there is a high probability of staying at the broken trough once and for all. And life will eat.
Choose your priorities clearly and correctly. Remember: to open a business in Austria will cost 10 thousand euros only a contribution to the authorized capital, and the neighboring Czech jurisdiction is much more loyal: you need to spend one crown on registration and another on the contribution. All. All countries have their own thin places, features, key characteristics that can be permanent or change under the influence of external factors.
Your move can be facilitated by new visas for entrepreneurs, easing the requirements for starting a business, issuing "lifting" for representatives of ethnic groups or certain specialties.
Once again, we recall: the dream may differ from reality. Collect and systematize information without wasting on semi-legal schemes. You must be prepared to pay taxes and contribute to the Economy of Europe.
Consult!
For a successful migration, a complete and high-quality immersion in the issue is necessary. You should read more, study, use the services of consultants – and not only for the target country, but also for all others. Official resources of migration services and agencies can hide a lot of valuable information.
No less useful can be non-profit organizations or business: they can provide ready-made information for a particular case - because your case, despite the lack of universal models and the uniqueness of each situation, had precedents.
Try!
Start taking real steps if you're going to leave. Failure is possible, but not guaranteed, especially if you seriously take up the issue and invest in its development and preparation.
Remember a time when your life was a failure. For example, exams or a failed date. Remember properly: most likely, it will turn out that this case was programmed in advance - fears, self-doubt and incorrect prioritization.
