How to relax on the beach with pleasure and health benefits

How to relax on the beach with pleasure and health benefits

There is a month and a half left until the calendar summer, but in fact, the heat will come earlier, and people will be drawn to the beaches: warm bones in the sun, dissect the foam combs with their own carcass and use other methods to pay off the existence of coronavirus torture in isolation for a year and a half.

Especially for those who miss the river sand, we have prepared a selection of know-hows that allow you not to turn your summer vacation into a personal disaster of personal or, worse, family significance.

Tip 1. Burn, but don't burn

Have you ever observed a person who accidentally fell asleep on the beach? He has a red nose, the cheeks and forehead are in the same color, his skin peels off in large patches, and in general it is not very pleasant. A day in the June or May sun by the water can turn into boiled crayfish in the mirror for you, so consider the time for sunbathing. Sun cream can help protect yourself from burns, ideally so that it is waterproof; periodic visits to the shade of a tree or an umbrella, as well as refusal to sunbathe during periods of greatest solar activity - from 12-12 am to 15-16 hours, when the sun is at its zenith and is especially merciless to the skin of a person.

No cream? Use a hat or awning, umbrella or tent: the UV light you receive will be enough to maintain vitamin D production and even sunburn, but such "indirect" tanning will not harm the skin.

Tip 2. Don't rush to plunge

The key to a great vacation will be to redefine your relationship with the water element. Few people like to be sick in the middle of summer, but it is difficult to resist rushing into the expanse of water with screams of delight. This is a direct path to a cold, or even a sore throat - it will be good to wrap yourself in a scarf and drink teraflu in a thirty-degree heat.

Enter the water gradually, use the luggage you got in the summer camps of your pioneer childhood: wet your hands and feet, wander along the shallows, and only then slowly, like a sperm whale fed up with an endless New Year's Olivier, plunge into the abyss of waters.

Tip 3. Keep in moderation

Beach vacation = activity. It is customary to behave strangely, to idiot, to drown friends and annoying children in shallow water (though who didn’t want to drown a sadly capricious teenage son with a cell phone?), To compete in races for range, speed and the grace of an ax.

At the same time, it is important not to forget to observe safety precautions - it is better to adhere to official beaches with coast guard and rescue posts, the Ministry of Emergencies. On wild and unfamiliar shores, carefully check the bottom: not only can there be some root or stone waiting for you, predecessors probably supplied the shallows with broken glass and bottle corks.

Calculate your strength: swimming in the middle of the lake is good, but going back is much better. Drowned people do not look their best, especially on the second or third day, when they swell from the release of cadaveric gases and float.

Tip 4. Maintain fluid balance inside and out

It is not necessary to sip when crossing a water barrier - you never know what lives in this water? Maybe the remains of an unlucky swimmer who set the record for the longest dive? Take a bottle of water with you - in the heat it is useful to drink more, and the best solution would not be soda, but plain water slightly salted or flavored with lemon. Not cold, but slightly cool or slightly warm: be aware of the risk of catching a cold.

Tip 5. Take a snack with you (but don't let it go overboard)

Often, a beach holiday is delayed for the whole day - most often if the event takes place on weekends. Naturally, you will have a desire to refresh yourself. What to take with you? Let's say right away that you should not take it: mayonnaise, sour cream, boiled sausages and cheese do not survive in the heat, and a great day will turn into an eating disorder for you.

Best of all - vegetables and fruits, well-marinated meat or fish for cooking on a fire or grill. And wash food (and hands) before eating!
