It's important to note, despite that many countries have closed borders, arrival for the purpose of long-term academic study is proceeding as usual. If you're planning to study abroad, you must apply for a student visa from the respective country.

- USA (application only through Ukraine after lockdown or if there is a record in Kazakhstan)

- France (school)
- Italy (only for Masters, PhD and exchange programs between universities)
- UAE
Short-term visa:
- UK
- USA (with B1 / B2 visa)
- UAE (up to 30 days)
Thus, for students wishing to enter primary, secondary schools, get higher education abroad, as well as to prepare for higher education abroad on Foundation or Pathway programs, borders are not closed.
