Two British English language schools have teamed up to offer adult students a unique format that combines language studying and cultural immersion. The updated program is called The Great British Language Journey, starts in the spring and fall of 2026, designed for students over 30 years old.
The program consists of two parts: the first week takes place at the Languages United base in Bath, known for its UNESCO historical monuments, and the second at the ECS Scotland campus in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. Students will learn English in small groups, go on excursions, have lunch together and exchange experiences. The course features numerous outdoor activities, walks around the cities, and discussion of British literature and culture. The Great British Language Journey is a great choice for those who want to combine an exciting trip to the UK with a serious study of the English language.
Both schools are accredited and part of the English Language Schools Association English UK, and pride themselves on their family atmosphere and individual approach to each student.
