Activities Tezpur University
Tezpur University Adventure Sports Club promotes adventure sports, nature awareness with the maximum number of participants. The aim is to provide modern, safe, exciting adventure sports in the evergreen region of India.
Weekly orientation programs for newly enrolled students are held at the beginning of each academic year.
At the beginning of each new school year, the program "Walk to the Library" is held, organized to instill in students the habit of reading, to introduce them to the extensive resources of the Central Library. It has an extensive repository of books, magazines, periodicals, online resources. Employees work until midnight, tea and coffee are available to readers.
The University pays special attention to experimental laboratories, bachelor's programs.
The university conducts summer, winter internships in well-known institutions outside the university.

- The office maintains contact with various industrial enterprises and corporate houses that conduct interviews on campus, select undergraduates and doctoral students in all disciplines. The Training and Employment Office provides the infrastructure for group discussions, tests, interviews, in addition to logistics services. The office interacts with many industries of the country, about 300 companies visit the campus for interviews.
- The School of Natural Sciences includes departments of chemical sciences, environmental sciences, mathematical sciences, molecular biology, biotechnology, physics.
Facilities and equipment at Tezpur University
- The university has a well-equipped computer center with desktop PCs of the latest configuration, located on the basis of three laboratories supported by high-performance servers and many of the latest software packages. Resources are used for computational work, practical courses, skills testing, online interviews, seminars.
- The Tezpur University Health Centre has been operating since 1995. It provides medical services to students, faculty, staff of Tezpur University. The medical staff consists of a pharmacist, two laboratory assistants, two nurses and a radiologist. The medical center offers OPD services, 10 beds are available for first aid in emergency cases. The Health Center has its own ECG machine, an automatic analyzer and an X-ray machine, medicines are available free of charge. Specialists of various disciplines - pediatrics, obstetrics, clinical psychology, physiotherapy, gynecology - visit the Health Center on different days of the week.

- Certificate of sponsorship, no objections, issued by the employer, if the candidate works.
- For foreign students, certificates confirming knowledge of the language are required. For masters – additional knowledge of English.
