Responsibilities :
- accompanying parents and applicants at all stages of enrolling in foreign educational institutions;
- conducting negotiations with educational institutions on admission matters;
- Forming an applicant's portfolio, filling in and transferring documents for admission; [999.14 ]
- organization of entrance examinations and study tours to educational institutions;
- supervising the student's arrival at the educational institution and his stay at the place of training;
- participating in events (exhibitions, seminars, master classes, etc.).
Requirements:
- experience in customer service from 1 year (it is welcomed, but not required);
- English level is not lower than upper-intermediate (mandatory); 999.30 ]
- knowledge of Word, Excell;
- ability to work on the result;
- desire and ability to build long-lasting and trusting relationships with customers;
- High communication culture.
