American student support programs are going through hard times. The hype began back in 2023, when the US Supreme Court ruled that supporting some minorities in favor of the majority of other groups of the population is illegal - such an attitude of universities and companies towards applicants violates the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution.
After that, a living hell began for grantors and admissions committees: activists began to look for all violators of the law and call for their condemnation in society. Because of this, some companies in America were forced to make changes to their corporate values and guidelines.
