Description of Universidad Veracruzana (UV)

Universidad Veracruzana is a government-run institution of higher education that first opened its doors to future Mexican graduates back in 1944. Currently, the main building of the university is located on the campus of the city of Jalapa de Henriques.

This university is one of the largest educational institutions, where about 45,000 people can take a course every year. The teaching staff of the university is about 5000 teachers. The higher education institution maintains close cooperation with various universities around the world in the field of student exchange.
