Experience
Not every experience can be considered useful and valuable - you should write about what belongs to the chosen profession. Part-time jobs in MD and similar things at the age of 15 indicate the desire to earn extra money, but are unlikely to become decisive when trying to enter the faculty of business or management. But if at the same age you became the owner of a startup with a regular income, this should definitely be mentioned.
It will be useful for a doctor to participate in a volunteer or charitable project, for a political scientist - to work in the headquarters of a political party or an international office, the Youth Model UN.
Passion
It is important to talk about hobbies and victories. It is not so important that your chosen profession is prestigious, and the institution gives a prestigious high-class education.
Is it the fact that in the sixth grade you helped a friend who broke his arm, put on a splint and after that the limb did not fall off. Or if you designed the GIRD-7 rocket from sticks and all sorts of biological stuff. It does not matter that then the barn burned down, and the chief designer was mercilessly pulled with a belt, but it flew!
Use
The main question answered by an essay on motivation is "why me." It's time to tell about the dream to bring dissonance to a smooth series of financial and economic crises, to write a program that will instantly produce the most complex calculations or find answers to all universal questions.
And the mercantile theme here, perhaps, will be completely inappropriate. Think big. Or at least a lot.
