2. Technical University of Sofia, Technical University of Sofia. It is the largest technical educational institution in Bulgaria and is among the ten largest universities in the country. The main campus is located in Sofia, with branches in Plovdiv and Sliven.
   The university is recognized as a leader in training specialists in the fields of virtual engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, environmental engineering, design, and mechanical engineering.

You can come to the capital of Bulgaria not only to receive higher education, but also to study in Sofia at an international summer camp for teenagers (usually aged 14 to 18).

The Bulgarian language is the official language in kindergartens and schools; schooling in these institutions creates conditions for acquiring literary Bulgarian. Students for whom Bulgarian is not their native language have the right to study their national language in municipal schools under the protection and supervision of the state.

Preschoolers in Sofia can attend kindergartens from the age of three. However, if a child does not go through kindergarten preparation, they are still required to complete mandatory preschool preparation before first grade. Preparatory classes are available in all schools.
