Surabaya State University (UNESA) is a major public university in Indonesia. The University is founded on the basis of the Institute of Pedagogical Sciences, where teachers of preschool, primary, incomplete, high school departments improved their qualifications. Since 1999, the university received its current name, decided on the trajectory of development, opened several new faculties and departments. Students here study in 47 undergraduate programs, 15 postgraduate and doctoral programs.
