State University of Malang (UM) is a public university within the Ministry of Education and Culture under the leadership of the Directorate General of Higher Education of Indonesia. From 1954 to 1999, UM was a teacher education institution and had programs only in education.
Today, Malanga State University has 6 undergraduate faculties and one postgraduate faculty:
