St Dunstan's College is a private school that is a full-time educational institution. Children from 3 years old are accepted for studying, the upper age limit for studying at school is 18 years old.

SDC is a member of the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference and the Independent Association of Prep School Heads. The structure has elementary, middle, and high schools, including Sixth form.

St Dunstan's College offers its students a variety of events outside the classroom: extracurricular activities include music clubs, theater studios, about 20 sports teams, and film clubs.

SDC covers an area of 16 hectares, divided into two plots. Some of the buildings of the college have been preserved since 1888, but they are well combined with those modern structures that appeared in the XXI century. The infrastructure of a private school includes such facilities as:

Not far from the private school there is the territory of Jubilee Ground, which also belongs to it. Jubilee Ground has an area of 9.3 hectares: there are playgrounds, including natural fields for cricket, football, rugby, netball and hockey.

The specific criteria for applicants depend on which class they want to get into. The first condition is compliance with the age criterion:

• Junior grades – 3-4 years or 7 years old,
• Middle classes - from 11 years old,
• High school — from the age of 16.

Prospective elementary school students usually just undergo a small check by employees: their cognitive and social skills, basic academic level are assessed. Before entering secondary school, teenagers need to pass a number of tests in individual subjects and an interview with the administration. Students get into high school after a series of exams, writing essays, and passing interviews. In order for a foreign student to get into the senior classes of St Dunstan's College, they will need to provide GCSE results or its equivalent.

St Dunstan's College offers scholarships and grants to its students if they are in the age range from 11 to 16 years old and fit the relevant category for a particular academic year. In some cases, scholarships are also paid to kids from 7 years old, but this is rare. Usually, scholarship support is 10-100% of the total amount of tuition and meals. If the scholarship will cover 100% of all the student's expenses, the amount includes the cost of final exams and school uniforms.
