Open University of Israel is a university in Israel, a feature of which is distance learning.  Educational materials are designed in advance as a means of self-study, which allows you to choose the most flexible place of study, the timing and pace of education, regardless of face-to-face lectures and audiences.

Admission dates and extra charges

The academic year contains 3 semesters:

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

The University holds enrollment in two periods per semester: regular and later. Those applicants who register in the late period additionally pay the registration fee.

Open University of Israel does not impose requirements for applicants for undergraduates, everyone is given the opportunity to undergo academic studies without first confirming their abilities and achievements. You can take one course to "experiment" with study, or a full program to obtain a bachelor's degree.

In graduate school, the requirements for admission are similar to those accepted at other universities:

  • Personal achievements: publications, research papers, etc.
