The University of Surrey announces new IELTS requirements for applicants to the International Foundation programs in 2017.

In order to enter the International Foundation Year in February 2017,IELTS 6.0 (minimum 5.5 for all items).
- The innovation does not apply to students who confirmed their studies before 9 September 2016, for them the requirement for IELTS remains 5.5 (minimum 5.0 for all items).
- Students who have confirmed their studies after this date will have to meet the new requirements.
- All students with invitations will receive new reprinted invitations issued in the fall.
The university management is confident that this innovation will help provide students with better and more comprehensive training for the University of Surrey.
