Applicants fill out an online application on the website of the university and provide the following documents:

Scholarships Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta

International students enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program are exempt from tuition and accommodation fees for one year. For the second and/or next semester, the GPA will be taken into account.

Bachelors scholarships are granted subject to the following average GPA scores:

  • ≥ 3,00 – free tuition + accommodation
  • GPA < 2.75 – 75% discount on tuition fees.

Master's and doctoral program:

  • ≥ 3,50 – tuition + accommodation cost
  • 3.25 ≤ GPA <3.50 – 75% of the tuition fee
  • 3.00 ≤ GPA <3.25 – 50% of the tuition fee.
