Beginning on April 6, 2015, citizens of countries outside the European Union who come for residence or study in the UK for a period of six months will be required to pay:
A health care fee to access the National Health Service of the United Kingdom (NHS). The fee is 200 pounds, for students - 150. To pay the cost of the collection is required in advance for the entire period of the entry visa in the UK. The fee will be refunded if the visa is denied or the visa application is withdrawn.
