Bachelor's Programs

EMA offers three modern undergraduate specialties based on in-demand professions in the labor market:
- Applied Management: Business Law,
- Management
- Applied Management: Finance and Economics.
Each of the programs involves three years of full-time study, full of lectures and practical classes.
Courses provide in-depth knowledge in the field of management, the opportunity to develop special knowledge in the chosen profile. The curriculum of each program will include core and specialized blocks + a Business English/French module. The last year provides an opportunity to undertake an internship or conduct individual research to gain professional applied skills.
To successfully complete the program, international students need to accumulate 130 educational credits.
Master's Programs
- Age – from 21 years old,
- The term of study is two years.
Master's programs are designed for students who have completed the bachelor's stage and want to deepen their knowledge in their previously chosen specialty. The following areas of master's degrees are offered:
- Management Applications: Optional Financing,
- Management Applications: Business Law,
- Applied Management: Creative Alternative Industries.
Each of the programs will take two academic years, 900 hours of theoretical and practical classes. Students are offered a rich curriculum, including basic and specialized disciplines, a module of business English or French, an internship in the last trimester of the second year of study.
To receive a diploma, foreign students will have to receive 120 credits. Upon completion of the educational course, graduates will be ready to take leading positions in the specialized industry.
MBA Programs
- Age – from 21 years old,
- The duration of the educational program is two years,
- The language of instruction is English.
The MBA program examines the components of business administration positions in both companies and self-employment. The two-academic year curriculum contains the main study blocks common to the Master's courses and covering the following areas:
- Global management strategies,
- Corporate Financial Management,
- Leadership and Organizational Behavior,
- Applied Digital Marketing,
- Human Resource Management,
- International Business Law,
- Business English,
- Research methods.
Specialized educational modules include:
- Marketing ethics,

In the last trimester, students will have the opportunity to complete an internship, write a research paper, or implement an innovative project on a topic of their choice.
PhD Programs
- Age – from 23 years old,
- The term of study is three years.
There are three programs that lead to a PhD degree:
- Economics,
- Philosophy: Business Law,
- Business Administration.
The first two specializations are taught in English or French. The curriculum of future doctors of sciences offers to delve into specialized knowledge with the help of theoretical lectures, to conduct individual research. The first year includes core modules common to all PhD students and specialised courses focusing on the professional industry. The last two years are devoted to the development and writing of a doctoral dissertation of 50,000 words, which is equivalent to 120 academic credits. Thesis supervision includes research seminars covering the following areas:
- Writing a dissertation,
- Statistics for research projects,
- Involving people in research,
- Integrity of research,
- Seminar presentations and oral speaking practice.
These years also imply group and individual consultations with teachers and researchers. Writing a dissertation takes place in parallel with the study blocks for four semesters of the last two years, the defense of an oral presentation is scheduled no later than two months after the submission of the dissertation.
The third doctoral program involves an in-depth study of business administration: such a specialty combines academic rigor with practical application, providing a comprehensive understanding of business theories, advanced research methods and their application to real-world business problems. The DBA program enables students to develop skills in leadership, innovation, and policy and practice transformation with unique insights. A significant component of the DBA is the 10,000-word mini-essay that must be implemented in the final year of study (the essay must be based on the student's original research on a topic of choice).

All applicants must provide:

- Detailed resume, including information about educational, labor activity,
- Cover letter: self-presentation, personal interests and talents, job details and qualifications. The prospective student should also describe the reason why he would like to enroll in the EMA,
- Language test results confirming a sufficient level of proficiency in English or French (at least B2),
- Certificate from the last place of work with an official seal, indicating the duration of work from the beginning to the end/to the present,
