Donetsk National Technical University is one of the first universities in the region and one of the largest in the country: it constantly receives high ratings in Ukraine, offers training for foreigners. DNTU shows high educational standards, 1,600 teachers work at the university: most of them are candidates and doctors of science, professors.
The university has 5 faculties:
- Computer-integrated technologies, automation, electrical engineering and electronics
- Engineering, ecology and chemical technology
- Economics and Management
- Computer Science and Technology
- Mining faculty.
Each faculty prepares specialists for dozens of programs; there are two departments of the university in the cities of Konstantinovka and Bakhmut, Donetsk region. The university is a member of more than 10 associations: EUA, UICEE, SEFI, IGIP, ISM and others - students can participate in international exchange programs, take part of their studies in Europe or in Southeast Asia. Specialties related to IT technologies are especially appreciated.
