Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information Technology (DNUI) is a private university founded by Neusoft under the leadership of the Ministry of Education in 2000. At the moment, more than 16,000 full-time students study here, the disciplines are taught by a teaching staff of 1100 specialists.

A dormitory is equipped for students to stay on campus. Pupils are accommodated in single, double rooms with furniture, TV, bathrooms.
