Wales is growing in popularity with international students

British Wales is becoming a center of attraction for students from all over the world, displacing capital cities from their pedestals — today the county shows the best dynamics among all locations in the United Kingdom.

The most active applicants today are citizens of the United States and India. Growing interest in Wales from foreigners in numbers:

• 2022 — only 21% of foreign citizens are aware of the opportunities to study in Wales. 2025 - already 44%.
• 2022 – Only 18% of Indians and 14% of Americans are interested in Welsh universities. 2025 - 32% of Indian citizens and 32% of American residents.
• 76% of applicants would consider Wales as an educational destination if local universities and colleges advertised themselves more actively.
