The University of East Anglia has announced a partnership with Pakistan's International College Lahore to enable local students to obtain internationally recognised UEA qualifications without having to travel abroad. The launch of the joint project is scheduled for January 2026, but International College Lahore and the University of East Anglia will launch three studying programs in the winter:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB Law),
- BSc Computing Science,
- A combined bachelor's degree program that includes computer science and software development (BSc Computing Science and Software Development).
The partnership was concluded after the visit of a UEA delegation to Lahore in April this year, when representatives of the British university assessed the ambitious plans and the quality of ICL's infrastructure. Pakistani staff paid a return visit to the United Kingdom in September.
Today, the University of East Anglia cooperates with 200+ partners around the world, the university provides a high level of quality of its education and creates unique opportunities for talented students regardless of their geographical location.
