Tallinn Technical University is a state university and offers the opportunity to receive educational services of European quality. Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) began its academic career in 1918, during the First World War. The price for tuition is small European by the standards - for 3 000 dollars one can get an annual education at the bachelor's degree. Master's degree provides for payment in local currency, amounts equivalent to the same $ 3,000 for two semesters of educational services. Students who show excellent academic performance - can easily apply for financial assistance in the form of scholarship payments.
