Nido Living, a student housing agency, is entering the Italian market — the company recently bought a residential complex in Milan. Now the complex is under construction, repair work should be completed by 2027. After the commissioning of the facility, it will have 18 floors, 600 beds, classrooms, a gym, a cinema, a games room, landscaped roof terraces and other common rooms.
Today, Nido Living successfully manages student residences throughout Europe.
