The Canadian government agency Infosource ranked Ryerson University as the best university in the country in the “Undergraduate” category (ranking for 2014). And in the rating of McLane University, the institution took the 11th place in the category “Comprehensive University”. In the same year, the institution took 14th place in the rating of McLean. At present, the university is on the 26th position among the best institutions in the country and 816th among the institutions of the world. At present, the university provides housing for 850 foreign students. However, it is planned to expand and build new hostels. The school owns its own radio station CJRU and publishes its own newspaper, The Eyoverener.
