The history of Omsk State Administration begins in 1997. Today, Omsk State Administration is a multidisciplinary complex, within the walls of which specialists in the field of pedagogy and psychology are trained.

The implementation of the educational program at Omsk State Administration provides for the following formats: lectures, practical and seminar classes, extracurricular activities.

As part of Omsk State Administration there are 5 graduating departments:

• Political Science, Social Sciences and Humanities and Foreign Languages,
• Computer Science, Mathematics and Natural Sciences,
• Economics and Management,
• Philology, Journalism and Mass Communications,
• Pedagogy, psychology and social work.

In Omsk State University, special attention is paid to the development of students in the field of science - for this, all conditions have been created for the development of young scientists. Every year, the staff of Omsk State Administration publishes textbooks, monographs, articles in collections of scientific papers, including interuniversity ones. Students and teachers take part in scientific conferences, round tables and seminars of various levels.

In 2022, the Omsk Academy of Humanities celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Omsk State Administration has concluded cooperation agreements with educational institutions of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

For meals for students and staff of Omsk State Administration, a canteen and a buffet are equipped. The total number of seats is 102.

Student life in Omsk State University harmoniously combines the educational process and educational work, students of the Academy make new acquaintances, unite in creative teams, participate in competitions and sports competitions. Cultural events are regularly held:

At Omsk State University, the academic year begins in the first half of September and is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each semester, an examination session is held. Students are provided with vacation weekends: winter (January) and summer (July-August).
