SibSUFC has a base of two dormitories for 400 places (in total). The dormitories have created conditions for comfortable living. The layout of the rooms is apartment-type: each room has a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a sink. Double-glazed windows have been installed, the water supply and heating system has recently been completely replaced in the buildings. There is a round-the-clock security post with electronic pass systems and video surveillance.

The academic year at SibSUFC begins on September 1, the end of the academic year depends on the schedule of the educational process. One course consists of two semesters and two intermediate examination sessions. Vacations during one academic year are on average 8-9 weeks, excluding holidays.

Enrolment process
Acceptance of documents for full-time form begins on June 15 of the current year. At the same time, an applicant can apply for 5 directions. Deadlines for accepting documents for state-funded places:
- Until July 18 - for persons entering on the basis of the results of entrance examinations conducted by the University independently;
- Until July 18 - for persons applying for the results of the exam.
Entrance examinations are held from July 18 to July 25.
There are three ways to submit documents:
- in person to the admissions office;
- by mail;
- in electronic form (through the portal "Public Services").
