NOIC Academy, founded in 2004, is a Toronto-based private high school verified by the Ontario Department of Education and offering an Ontario High School Diploma. NOIC also offers International Baccalaureate programs, graduating students with the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) certification. NOIC Academy is jointly reviewed by the Ontario Ministry of Education and the IBO.

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) is an international educational program for high school students aged 16 to 19 years. The IBDP is an academically challenging, balanced education program with final examinations that prepares high school graduates for success in university and life. It was designed to improve the intellectual, social, emotional, physical well-being of students. The IBDP program is designed to develop different people characteristics and their future professions:
