New York University Summer Camp

Digital Media Academy operates one of New York University's most popular technical summer camps: here is the Spanish Center for King Juan Carlos I, the historic Glucksman House. The STEM program offers children and teenagers to study animation, create their own music, edit short films, encode their own robots, while exploring one of the most vibrant cities in the world.

Students will have lunch in the dining rooms of New York University, be inspired by experienced teachers, follow their hobbies, make new friends. At the exit, students will receive an excellent portfolio, which they will be able to demonstrate when applying for colleges. All courses are designed to meet the challenges of the 21st century, with an emphasis on teaching creativity, collaboration, and communication. Young people will learn to work with their peers, to study various approaches to solving problems.

New York University was founded in 1831 - it is an integral part of the history, culture of New York. The campus of the university is unique: it is not hidden behind the walls, but woven into the city. The atmosphere of mixing cultures and higher education has attracted many people to New York University classes, including author Howard Zinn, Academy Award winner Martin Scorsese. NYU has established itself as a center of scientific discovery: physics professors are part of the team that opened the Higgs boson, and another group led by Dr. David Levy has discovered a new way to transmit HIV-1.

• Digital Media Academy offers daily tuition Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The extended day option allows young people to stay on campus until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
• Students can get lunch on campus, lunch plans cost $ 95 / week.

At the end of each week, participants will invite their family and friends to join them at the gala show to share the final projects. Parents will learn more about recreational activities, will meet with the instructor of the child. Teachers will cover the concepts covered throughout the week and suggest possible next steps to continue learning. Presentations are held from 15.00 to 16.00.

Students learn to use software and hardware used daily by industry professionals. Camps may offer similar courses, but only Digital Media Academy teaches students how to work as professionals.

Foreign students should be fluent in English at a level that allows them to understand the teacher, interact with students.

The Nudelman Family Fund provides students with a thousand full scholarships for Digital Media Academy students, offers world-class STEM education, believes that all interested, motivated students should have access to high-quality education, half of the scholarships will be reserved for girls.

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of merit, needs, and will cover the cost of tuition, meals, service fees. Applications are completed two weeks before the start date of the selected course.
