The Institute of Economics and Culture was founded on January 1, 1991, nowadays considering an advanced, actively developing higher educational institution. The Institute carries out educational activities under contracts for the provision of paid educational services.

The organization of the educational process at the institute is carried out in accordance with the schedules of classes and educational programs for each direction of studying and the form of education.

  • A set of musical instruments and special equipment for vocal and instrumental ensembles;
  • Costumes and props for amateur performances, Fashion Theater and KVN;

One of the leading structural units of the Institute is the library, providing literature and information for the educational process. The constantly replenished fund of the library has a sufficient number of publications necessary for preparing for seminars and practical classes, writing control, course and final qualification works.

For the classes of students with disabilities and (or) disabled people, all material and technical conditions have been created.

Admission dates and extra charges

The academic year begins on September 1 and ends according to the curriculum for a specific area of studying and the form of education. The beginning of the school year can be postponed, but not more than 2 months. The duration of the academic year is 52 weeks. At least 2 times during the academic year, holidays are provided for students (with a total duration of 7-10 weeks per year, including at least 2 weeks in winter).

In addition to tuition fees, you will need additional expenses for living in a hostel (for non-residents), transportation costs, food, leisure activities.

Enrolment process

According to the established rules of the institute, applicants must submit the following documents:

  • Application for admission together with consent to the processing of personal data;
  • Certificate of secondary general education or diploma of vocational education;
  • Identity and citizenship documents;
  • SNILS;
  • 2-4 photos with a size of 3×4 (if you pass internal entrance exams and when enrolling);
  • Documents confirming the presence of individual achievements and special rights;
  • Other documents (at the discretion of the applicant).

The Institute sets the following terms of admission to eduaction:

  • In full-time and part-time forms of education:
    • February 1 – the beginning of the reception of the application and documents,
    • August 20 is the deadline for the completion of the reception of documents from applicants with the passage of entrance examinations conducted by the Institute independently,
    • August 24 is the deadline for the completion of the reception of documents from applicants without passing the entrance tests;
  • Part-time education:
    • April 1 is the deadline for the start of accepting the application and documents,
    • October 10 is the deadline for the reception of documents from applicants with the passage of entrance tests conducted by the Institute independently,
    • October 11 is the deadline for the reception of documents from applicants without passing the entrance tests.

The Institute may conduct additional admission for vacant places, while admission to full-time and part-time forms of education is completed no later than December 31.

You can submit documents in person, by mail or in electronic form through the personal account of the applicant to the institute, as well as EPGU.

Perspectives

The Institute provides graduates with active assistance in real employment in the relevant specialties.  

In order to increase the competitiveness of a graduate in the labor market, it is mandatory to maintain a "Student's Portfolio", which is formed as achievements are obtained in various activities.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

  • Completed secondary general education (11 grades), secondary vocational or higher education;
  • Successful completion of entrance tests in the form of computer testing ( including for foreign citizens);
  • Results of the Unified State Exam. 

The minimum number of points on the unified state exam:

  • Russian language – 40 points;
  • Mathematics – 39 points;
  • History – 35 points;
  • Foreign language – 30 points;
  • Social Studies – 45 points;
  • Biology – 39 points.
