The bachelor's degree program lasts 3 years:
- in the first year (B1) you discover the world of business from the point of view of personnel management;
- in the second year of study (B2), you master the intricacies of payroll and administrative management - the phenomena that accompany the employee all the time of his work with the company;
- In the 3rd year (B3), you strengthen your knowledge as well as expand your skills to the administrative management of HR processes: recruitment, training, dashboards and HRIS.
Upon completion of the program, graduates will receive a bachelor's degree in human resource management and digital transformation.

The Paris campus is located in the historic center, in the X arrondissement, on the promenade of the Canal Saint-Martin - a charming place loved by pedestrians, cyclists and scooter lovers. X arrondissement is a young, dynamic and lively area where you can easily find countless places to relax with friends: bars, cafes, restaurants, many museums (for example, a chocolate museum), concert halls, theatres, cabaret. There are also playgrounds for sports - basketball, tennis, several gyms of various profiles, a swimming pool.
IGS-RH premises are located on the territory of several IGS Group schools in an easily accessible location: 3 metro lines, two stations - Eastern and Northern.

The Lyon campus is part of campus HEP Lyon – René Cassin, which opened its doors in 2004. This platform unites a dozen different schools and educational centers: more than 5 thousand students, 400 teachers, and all this for 18,000 square meters. Located in the IX arrondissement of Lyon - a lively place where student life will be full, bright and full of impressions.
The Lyon School of Personnel offers students modern technical means and equipment that create optimal conditions for studying:

Finally, Toulouse is the second largest student population city in the country, with over 130,000 students studying here.
Admission dates and extra charges
For admission, you must select a campus, fill out an application file online and wait for confirmation from the admissions committee. After approval of the application, the admission committee issues a booklet and a package of preparatory materials for the selection tests, a guide for beginners.
Upon admission, it is necessary to pay an entrance registration fee of 125 euros.
