The University of Warwick has announced that it has received an investment of £700 million, the money will be used to build new research and educational buildings. This investment will be the largest in all 60 years of the university's operation.
For example, a building will appear in the old parking lot of the university, where classes in social sciences and STEM programs will be held. Further, investments will be directed to expanding interdisciplinary opportunities and research potential of students, opening new educational programs. In addition, the construction of facilities will also increase the number of jobs - by at least 1,500.
The finalization of the project and its implementation are planned to be carried out within the next year.
