This standard course is designed for students of all baseline levels, offering a step-by-step but intensive development of important Italian language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening. The main emphasis is on conversational speech, since through regular communication, students learn grammar and vocabulary more effectively, expand their vocabulary and use the language more confidently in everyday life.

The curriculum provides for four lessons per day for five days a week. Studying in small groups of up to 12 students, students receive one-on-one support from a qualified teacher and work together on projects while constantly practising language skills.

The program offers flexibility in choosing the start date and course duration.

Individual Italian Lessons

Students can learn Italian according to an individual plan based on their abilities, goals and needs. They study alone with a teacher or in a small group of up to four people, if the level of language knowledge of the group is the same. The teacher draws up a curriculum and can change it at the request of the student, focus on any of the aspects of the Italian language.

The student can adjust the intensity of classes - from three to eight lessons a day, supplement the program with a visit to a restaurant, a walk around the city with a teacher. These activities will help the student to start using the Italian language in everyday life, to enrich their vocabulary.

Originally created for students over 50 years old, the La Dolce Vita program has quickly become popular among students of all ages, so it invites foreign students to get acquainted with the culture, history and customs of Italy, while learning Italian.

The curriculum, offering a duration of 1-2 weeks, includes:

  • 20 weekly Italian morning classes (on weekdays),
  • Introductory tour of Viareggio,
  • Excursions to Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Pietrasanta, the marble quarries of Carrara,
  • Boat trip on Lake Torre del Lago Pucinni,

Semester Italian Language Course

The semester-long Italian language program offers a long-term stay in Italy, thanks to which students will benefit from more effective language development and an international learning experience. The course includes 16 weeks of Italian lessons + two weeks of electives in the culture, history, fashion and economy of the country.

During the study, students will prepare for and pass the Firenze Accademia Italiana di Lingua (AIL) intermediate exam.

Year Italian Language Course

The one-year Italian language program is perfect for beginner students who want to improve not only their language level, but also learn more about Italy. The course consists of two components: linguistic and cultural.

1. The linguistic component is 480 Italian lessons, during which students will focus on the development of reading, speaking, writing and listening skills. Studying in small groups, they receive individual attention from the teacher and have the opportunity to practice speaking.

2. The cultural component is represented by the following thematic classes:

  • Art History – 24 lessons,
  • Business Italian – 12 lessons,
  • Italian fashion – 12 lessons,
  • History and Civilization – 32 lessons over 8 weeks.

To successfully complete the studying, each student will have to write an essay on any of the topics studied, which will be assessed as part of the final exam.

Italian&Haking Course

Italian & Haking Course is a program that combines the study of the Italian language and the opportunity to explore Versilia and Tuscany during hiking trips. The course duration is from two weeks, during which students take 20 weekly morning lessons and arrange almost daily walking tours of the natural beauty of the region. Thanks to the immersion in the language environment, they perceive the Italian language more easily by ear and speak it more confidently.

Examples of activities include:

  • Introductory tour of the city of Viareggio, acquaintance with the architecture of the Liberty period with a visit to the Regina Margherita promenade,

This program is aimed at students who want to take the Italian language exam – AIL. Depending on what initial level the student has, one of the stages will be available to him.

The curriculum of the preparatory course consists of 20 language lessons aimed at developing reading, speaking, listening and writing skills, and two more lessons in small groups that focus on the exam grading system, test options and practice.

The course starts one month before the exam and lasts at least four weeks (can be extended at the request of the student).
