The Institute was created to retrain military personnel and combatants so that they could adapt to civilian life, successfully find a job in any desired organization. In addition, the information system includes a training center that helps to find textbooks, undergo special training for self-control of the knowledge gained.

There are two branches of the institute - Lytkarinsky and Yaroslavl.

Also, the staff of the university helps in compiling a competent resume, preparing a portfolio, interviews. Over the years, the institute has prepared and helped with employment more than 2500 specialists. Most of the graduates work in state structures - the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Tax Police - in the social sphere.
