Health Care Surcharge - medical care for a stay in England for more than 6 months

Beginning on April 6, 2015, citizens of countries outside the European Union who come for residence or study in the UK for a period of six months will be required to pay:

A health care fee to access the National Health Service of the United Kingdom (NHS). The fee is 200 pounds, for students - 150.
