General German Course

Short information. The program of language training for those wishing to learn conversational German, to develop and improve general language skills.

About the course. The course provides the opportunity to choose the intensity of training:

20 lessons weekly;

24 lessons per week (morning and afternoon classes).

Standard and intensive courses provide for the development of the basic skills of German. Students study grammatical structures, strive to achieve accuracy in syntax, to understand phonetics. Also, the training is aimed at the acquisition by the students of a vast vocabulary (words, expressions, idioms), the development of teaching to smoothly and confidently express their thoughts, understand all kinds of German speech (texts, audio materials, etc.).

About the course. Program with an academic load of 20 h / ned. Provides for the development of general language and special skills. Students are offered to study all language aspects, topical general topics. The daily practice of speaking, listening, reading, writing gives a quick result. Business German course

The program provides for the study of German in individual classes. Students are offered 4-10 lessons per day. The course is designed for a week. The curriculum includes the study of general aspects of German, communicative practice, grammar, vocabulary. Students are offered professionally oriented topics for consideration. The result of the training is mastering business vocabulary, improving communication skills, grammatical accuracy in oral and written speech.

Accommodation and food

There are several accommodation options available for students. Full immersion in the German language, cultural environment provides accommodation in the family. Students are provided with separate or double rooms. Facilities, recreation areas and kitchen are common for household members. Half board is offered in the family. It is also possible to order only breakfast.

In residences students can choose one of the accommodation options:

  • Budget. Rooms are available at the BFW. Provided 1-2-seat accommodation. Facilities can be in the room or on the floor. Food - self-service;
  • Standard. Rooms with private facilities are provided in the hotel. 1-2 bed accommodation is available. Meals - breakfast;
  • Increased comfort. Hotel Meininger offers 1-2-bed rooms with private facilities, TV, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning. There are the kitchen, laundry in general use. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Access to the Internet in the room is charged additionally. Meals - breakfast.

Extracurricular program at DID Frankfurt includes entertainment and cognitive activities. The cost of courses includes 1 excursion per week. Walking around the city is organized daily. During the walking activity students can get acquainted with main attractions of Frankfurt, from the house-museum on the waterfront and old churches, for example St. Paul, to modern architecture (Skyscraper Commerzbank Tower and other buildings). Field trips are organized in Wiesbaden, Mainz, Heidelberg.
