Brief information: The best pre-university program in the UK, the national gold educational standard. In total, international students study about 3-5 subjects at personal choice - the study is conducted on an in-depth, complex program of almost university level. Description of Bosworth Independent College

  • For students 13 - 19 years old.
  • 320 students, 200 of them are boarding students from the UK and more than 39 countries.
  • 44% - British students, 56% - international students

Bosworth Independent College (Bosworth College) was founded in 1977 and for more than 30 years follows its main task - a full, effective, integrated training of high school students for admission to universities. The private school in UK is fairly democratic, friendly and free environment: the children here study with pleasure, using the full support of teachers and personal tutors, who give them the whole array of their knowledge, skills and experience. Such an approach brings noticeable results: more than half of college graduates continue their studies at universities that are members of the TOP-20 in Great Britain: Cambridge, London School of Economics and Political Science, University College London and University of Warwick.

Bosworth Independent College appreciates an individual, personal approach: classes are conducted in small classes, each student has his own unique schedule, a schedule of individual consultations and additional lessons. A large number of academic electives are available: for example, international students can attend an intensive ESL English course, anyone can add additional subjects to the GCSE or A-level program, consult the UCAS system and prepare documents for university enrollment.

English language courses are held in a separate Learning Center, which is part of the college structure. Here, children from all over the world can significantly improve language skills in a short time, as well as pass the AS-level (the first year of the A-level program) in mathematics, economics, and art.

A special program to prepare for Oxbridge, preparatory courses for applicants for medicine or law programs has been developed and is being taught: traditionally the contest for these specialties is the highest, therefore, preparation should be as intensive and effective as possible.

College students have the opportunity to participate in a large number of charitable and volunteer projects (the former can be paid for): this will not only save a little on the cost of training, but also gain valuable practical experience, add an important Item in a personal resume for the admissions committee of universities. In this work, not only communicative and speech qualities develop quickly, but also personal abilities - for example, leadership skills, time management skills, responsibility and compassion.

Why do parents choose primary and secondary schools in Britain for their children?

I think parents understand that such schools will really help the child to open up, find himself and enter the best university.

Accommodation, meals, prices

The Bosworth Independent College Administration offers students three comfortable and safe accommodation options:

  • Host English family

All selected families are carefully monitored by the school's specialists - many of them have been cooperating with the college for many years, so that you can be assured of the offered level of service, comfort and safety. Family members help the student follow the schedule (for example, help them to go to breakfast and not be late for school, make sure that they do not return too late), and provide him with the most comfortable conditions for living and learning outside the classroom (usually a separate room).

  • Student Residence

Here students are also supervised by teachers: they monitor the observance of cleanliness, order and discipline, Help with the solution of a variety of household and administration overt questions. In total, Bosworth Independent College has 6 spacious, modern comfortable residences. The rooms are mostly for 1-2 people, common cozy living rooms with access to wireless internet. Weekly cleaning and linen change are organized, there are canteens and a bistro for snacks or full meals.

  • Renting a house

Only available for pupils of 18 years old, who have previously received parental consent. Each house is usually rented for 4-5 people: almost every day a school specialist visits the school, the senior curator visits regularly - students will not get out of school, be lazy or organize noisy parties. A separate house is an excellent preparation for the university: this life helps to learn independence, the distribution of personal time, responsibility and self-discipline. Otherwise, if the student begins to fall behind or skip classes, he is transferred to the hostel on campus.

(Feedback from Azizbek's mother on admission to Bosworth Independent College)
Good afternoon. I want to thank the company Smart Products and Services, in particular the manager David, who

upported me and my son at all stages of preparing and submitting documents to study in England. David is a very responsible and friendly person, a professional in his field. Thanks to David, we went through all the difficulties that arose on the way and my son entered Bosworth Ind. College. As a college student, my son and I continue to keep in touch with David on some issues. I wish the company further prosperity!

A good preparatory college for senior students. We chose it for our daughter to do her Foundation course after Year 11. We ruled out London options straight away, we wanted her to study in a school with more than just international students. The college was recommended to us during a consultation at the agency. I want to thank our agent: they arranged a meeting with the representative, helped us prepare the documents, and gave advice on how to get ready for the entrance tests! Our daughter finished the programme this year and got into the University of Birmingham, exactly where she'd planned to go from the start

We transferred to Bosworth for the A-level programme after our child had been at another school in England. He was tired of the traditional school environment, so we decided to look for something more modern. Another family from our school had enrolled at Bosworth, so we thought we'd consider it too. We went to meet the college's representative at the Smart Products and Services agency. The representative gave us a very detailed overview of how the college works and what advantages it offers for university admission. They also offered us a virtual tour and arranged a separate meeting with the headmaster. Our son started at the college this September. I really have to say this is a preparatory college that takes exam prep very seriously. They arranged a meeting for us with the academic director and helped us figure out which A-level subjects to choose, since we were struggling with career decisions. Here's hoping the exams go well!

The "average" student often does not receive additional support, which he needs more than an excellent student!
