Zayed University is one of the three higher education institutions in the United Arab Emirates, which are funded by the government. The university was founded in 1998, until 2008, only female citizens of the Emirates were accepted into the ranks of students. After the opening of the second campus, in cooperation with the UAE Armed Forces, the first set of men was carried out.
