Yaroslavl State Agricultural Academy

In 1990, the Yaroslavl Agricultural Institute was formed, in 1995 the YAGRI became the Academy. The Academy is the only higher educational institution in the Yaroslavl region that educates specialists for agricultural production.

The learning process includes a course of lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes, the passage of educational introductory, educational technological and pre-diploma practice.

Non-residents are provided with two dormitories, a total of 600 students can live in the buildings. The cost of living per month is 600-1000 rubles.

For meals for students and staff, the Academy has 2 canteens with 380 seats.

The learning process takes place in 2 educational buildings, equipped with classrooms for lecture and seminar types (practical classes, laboratory work), group and individual consultations, course design (course work), current control and intermediate certification.

Students are given free access to the scientific and educational library with reading rooms for 30 seats.

For sports, the Academy provides the following sports facilities:

At the Academy, the learning process is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
