When exactly should you not go to China?
- There is a time when traveling to China can be a real "survive the crowd" quest. These are "golden weeks" - holidays when the whole country goes on trips. Chinese New Year (late January - early February) - the whole country is on vacation, there are no tickets, the queues are endless. We do not recommend choosing this time for travel.
- Labor Day (May 1) and National Day of the People's Republic of China (October 1) - for 7-10 days, China naturally turns into an anthill.
During these periods, it is better not to go - prices soar, hotels are overcrowded, and the Great Wall of China is not crowded.
