Description of Universitat Ramon Llull (URL)
Ramon Llull University (abbreviated as URL) is the tallest private educational institution in Spain, which first opened its doors to prospective graduates in the early 1990s. The university currently has at its disposal a small campus in the city of Barcelona.
The university is of medium size. About 16,000 people take the course here every year. The faculty of the institution is more than 1200 teachers of the highest category. During their studies at the university students have the right to participate in various international exchange programs.
Educational process
Universitat Ramon Llull develops the transfer of research results with consideration for the needs of companies and society in the field of research, development, and innovation. The Office of Organization and Academic Quality helps centers address academic matters, improve educational programs and the work of learning support services, and lead pedagogical innovation projects.
The Equality and Diversity Unit helps the university community with issues of gender equality, inclusion, and non-discrimination. The unit also runs a support service for people with disabilities.

Scientific achievements
Institut Borja de Bioètica studies ethical issues related to the development of medical and biological sciences. The institute has its own research group.

Admission dates and extra charges
The rector's office and central services receive visitors Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Friday — from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Team competitions begin in the second semester: teams are formed in the first half of November, and training begins in the first semester.
