Bachelor (Licenciatura)

Undergraduate programs last from 6 to 8 semesters (approximately 180 to 240 ECTS credits). Students who earn credits across all study programs receive a bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree can also be awarded within one of the cycles leading to a master's degree in an integrated master's program (300 to 360 ECTS credits).

Master's degree

The University of Porto is expanding its offer of second cycle programs and now offers over a hundred master's degree programs in all fields of study. The University of Porto has 141 Master's degree programs in its faculties and is part of several international Master's degree programs.
