The Católica/Harvard program offers no tuition discounts or scholarships. On-campus accommodation is optional for participants: students who do not want to book a place in the residence arrange their own housing for the duration of the program.

For admission to the Catholic University of Portugal, the applicant, first of all, provides the results of their performance from the previous place of education. The selection committee, evaluating these indicators, makes a decision on enrollment. The annual learning process is divided into two semesters.

The cost of bachelor's studies is 6,035 per year, in terms of local currency. The future master, receiving a postgraduate education, pays the same cost for obtaining educational services. It is possible for a student to participate in various scholarship programs to cover part of the tuition. And for those students who do not have the opportunity to study full-time, this educational institution practices distance education.

Admission to the Católica/Harvard Summer School Global Partner Program also requires proof of English proficiency: applicants must be native speakers of an English-speaking country, hold a diploma issued in English, or confirm their level with one of the following tests — TOEFL (a minimum score of 100), an English test (a minimum score of 7 on the nine-point international scale), PEARSON (a minimum score of 70), or DUOLINGO (a minimum score of 125). The application for this program also requires a one-page English-language resume, a two-page English-language motivation letter, proof of payment of the application review fee, and a transcript of grades.

Students of the Catholic University of Portugal who are newly enrolled in their first year may qualify for the UCP4SUCCESS academic achievement scholarship, awarded to those who show the greatest increase in their course grade point average compared with their admission score.
