University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Summer Camp — a summer camp offering intensive seasonal learning programs for students from around the world.

Short-term courses are held on the territory of UCLA — a university ranked among the leading national and international universities. Seasonal learning on its campus will allow students to experience the role of a real student, communicate with already enrolled students, immerse themselves in the active atmosphere of university life, meet highly qualified teachers and explore world-renowned attractions both of the educational institution itself and the city, as well as the state of California.

Summer programs include an intensive curriculum consisting of many thematic classes, a variety of entertainment and cultural events, and excursions. Students are provided with everything necessary for a comfortable stay in the USA: from accommodation in a residence hall and balanced meals, constant active activities to individual attention from competent teachers, support even before arriving on campus.

Each summer program offers a choice between attending classes during the day and staying in a university residence: students are accommodated in furnished double or triple rooms and have access to shared bathrooms on each floor. A free laundry service is available in the residential building, and there are common areas with fast WiFi.

Students residing in the residence are provided with balanced three meals a day — daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with evening snacks served buffet-style. Fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as various protein and grain products, are used in preparing the dishes. On excursion days, each student, including those attending classes during the day, receives a prepaid meal card or a packed lunch.

After completing the main classes, students will enjoy a rich leisure program including on-campus and off-site events. The educational territory hosts themed parties and discos for them, days of culture and nationalities, interactive games, talent shows, STEAM workshops, film production, cooking and other areas. Twice a week, students go on excursions to visit world-famous attractions in the USA:

• Knott’s Berry amusement park,
• Hollywood Walk of Fame,
• Griffith Observatory,
• Dodgers baseball team match,
• Disneyland.

Students have the opportunity to plan their Sunday independently, suggesting their leisure option to staff: for example, shopping or going to a national cuisine restaurant, attending a sporting event or taking a walk around Hollywood, visiting Universal Studies or Warner Bros. Studio.

Summer programs are held on the UCLA campus, located in the center of Westwood, Los Angeles. The university is world-renowned for its high academic standards, scientific research and innovation, and vibrant student life — specialized facilities are provided for all activities, whether it's studying exact sciences or playing team sports, including dedicated spaces and outdoor areas. The campus combines modern architecture of academic buildings with extensive green areas for walking and events, creating a safe and diverse environment for learning, recreation and self-development.

The students of summer programs have access to lecture halls, several specialized studios for creativity and exact sciences, sports facilities, residences and many other UCLA facilities.

Seasonal programs take place in June-August, and the duration of study depends on the chosen course. The schedule for students is approximately the same: in the mornings and during the day they attend academic classes, and in the evening they participate in campus events. Twice a week, full-day excursions are organized for students with visits to iconic attractions, restaurants and amusement parks.

The cost of the programs already includes a complete curriculum, accommodation and meals, campus events, a graduation certificate and other services. Additional expenses will be required to cover registration fees, excursions, airport transfers, and personal expenses.

Applicants fill out the registration form and provide personal documents, after which they will meet with summer camp staff — they will provide candidates with accurate information about training dates, curriculum and schedule, and help upon arrival in the USA.

The enrollment of new students is generally limited only by the small number of places in groups, as one of the main aspects of the academic approach is individual attention to each pupil.

Upon completion of the course, students receive personal certificates containing information about their language or specialized training. Immersion in a language environment, a rich curriculum and numerous additional activities will allow students to spend their summer holidays fun and usefully, broaden their horizons and effectively improve their English proficiency.

The main requirements for foreign applicants will be:

• Suitable age for the chosen course: 7-17 or 15-17 years old,
• Having a foreign passport, medical insurance, visa or residence permit.
