Language School Don Quixote Granada is a popular language school in Spain. It is within walking distance of the main attractions of the city. The Granada school belongs to the don Quijote network, which started out in 1986 as a language travel agency representing Spanish language schools. In 1989 it opened a school of its own in Salamanca in response to growing demand for Spanish courses.
Today the network brings together seven schools of its own in Spain and Latin America and more than 30 partner schools, backed by over 30 years of experience. The head office is in Madrid.
Educational process
Students who complete a Spanish course in Spain or Latin America receive a don Quijote certificate if they attended at least 85% of the classes on their program. The school confirms that a certificate is genuine by the passport or ID number the student gave when signing up.
For an extra charge, the teacher of private and semi-private lessons travels to a location that suits the student.

The don Quijote network runs more than 25 Spanish language courses. They fall into intensive Spanish courses, preparation for official exams, specialized programs, online lessons, summer camps and group programs, and the network offers them at its schools in Spain and Latin America.
Adult programs are designed for students aged 18 and over, including a separate course for learners aged 50 and over, while summer programs are for children and teenagers from 5 to 18 years old.

Those who prefer nature outings can take routes that include the caves of the Sacromonte hill and the caves of Nerja. Within Granada itself, excursions are arranged to Las Alpujarras and the Alhambra palace.
