The Russian State University for the Humanities, or RSUH, founded in 1991 on the basis of the Moscow State Historical and Archival Institute (1930), is one of the main participants in the reform of higher humanitarian education in Russia, is included in the TOP-200 higher education institutions according to the QS University Ranking: BRICS 2014.

The student dormitory of the RSUH is located in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow, 600 meters from the metro station "Ulitsa Akademika Yangelya". Admission to study under bachelor's and specialist programs is carried out on the basis of secondary general education on the basis of the Unified State Exam and (or) according to the results of entrance examinations that the RSUH conducts independently.

The scholarship is assigned to students of all courses of study, its size depends on academic success. A student who is awarded a state academic scholarship must meet the following requirements:
- Full-time education
- Education at the expense of the budget
- Absence of "satisfactory" grades following the results of the interim certification
- No academic debt.
Scholarships:
- 3195₽/month students only on the grade "excellent"
- 2170₽/month students with "good", "excellent" or "good" grades
- 1760₽/month first-year students in the period from the beginning of the academic year to the passage of the first intermediate certification
- Foreign students with grades from "satisfactory" - 1760 ₽ / month.
