Rostov State Medical University (RostSMU) is an institution of higher education, the largest scientific and medical center of the south of Russia.
The history of the university began in 1915, when the Faculty of Medicine at the Russian University of Warsaw was recognized. Five years later, the first graduation of 295 medical specialists took place. In subsequent years, the university was transformed by joining institutes, changing its name, and in 1994 RostSMU received its current name and a list of still operating faculties:

- Dormitories No. 1, 2, 3: five-storey buildings with 96-166 residential double, triple rooms. Kitchens, showers and toilets are shared.
- Dormitories No. 4, 5: two nine-storey buildings with 540 seats. Residential buildings are equipped with a block system - in each block there are two rooms for two or three people, showers and toilets. Kitchens in the buildings are located on each floor.
Activities Rostov State Medical University, RostSMU
Five large-scale annual events are organized at the university by the creative team:
