YURGI is a private dynamically developing university in the South of Russia, which has a license to conduct educational activities. For 20 years, it has been training highly qualified specialists who skillfully apply their knowledge and skills in professional activities. According to the results of monitoring, the university is recognized as one of the most effective in the Russian Federation.

Accommodation, meals, prices

Dormitory in JURGI is not provided. For nonresident part-time students who need accommodation for the period of the sessions, ads for the delivery of housing are placed on the watch of the institute. Meals are organized in the main building of the institute.

Admission dates and extra charges

The academic year at YURGI begins on September 1, consists of two semesters and ends according to the work plan for a specific area of training. 

Paid educational services:

  • Short-term training (duration 4-16 hours, at the end of which a certificate is issued);
  • Preparatory courses.

Enrolment process

List of documents to be submitted upon admission:

  • application;
  • identity and citizenship document;
  • document on education;
  • SNILS (if any);
  • a document on disability or disability (if any);
  • a document on granting a special right upon enrollment;
  • a document on individual achievements;
  • a document on education issued by an organization that prepares students for military or other public service;
  • 2 photos (for those entering on the basis of internal tests).

Terms of acceptance of documents required for enrollment:

  • the beginning of the reception of documents is April 1;
  • completion of accepting documents from applicants based on the results of the institute's entrance examinations - August 26;
  • completion of internal entrance tests and acceptance of documents from applicants without passing the specified entrance tests - August 27;
  • the deadline for accepting applications for consent to enrollment is August 28;
  • the enrollment order is Aug. 29.

The number of employed graduates of YURGI, students in the main educational programs of higher education, is 70%. Many graduates associate their labor activity with the YURGI, moving to the magistracy, postgraduate studies, working on the practice bases provided by the university.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

Training of YURGI students is designed for applicants with secondary general, secondary vocational or higher education.

Admission to the institute is carried out on the basis of the results of the Unified State Exam or on the basis of the results of internal tests.

Minimum passing scores for entrance tests:

  • Russian language — 40;
  • Mathematics, 39;
  • Social Studies, 45;
  • Biology, 39;
  • History, 35;
  • Geography — 40;
  • Foreign language — 30;
  • Literature: 40;
  • Creative test (drawing/painting) – 40.
