On August 22, 2012, the official merger of the two universities in Pyatigorsk took place and the PI (f) NCFU was created. The Institute is focused on training highly qualified specialists for work in the field of tourism.
Educational process

Accommodation, meals, prices
NCFU provides a dormitory for 250 beds for nonresident full-time students. For the use of living quarters, the student pays from 440 rubles per month, an additional fee is charged for heating, for additional household services. A security payment is provided for first-time occupants - up to 7400 rubles.
For meals for students and staff, the university offers 6 canteens / buffets for 236 seats in total.

The process of NCFU formation is carried out in 10 educational buildings equipped with classrooms for specialized subjects, laboratories, classrooms for lectures and practical classes, workshops. Classroom equipment: blackboard, screens, projector, computers, magnetic marker boards, automated workstations, equipment for specialized workshops and classrooms.
Students have free access to 2 libraries with reading rooms.
NCFU provides the following sports facilities for sports:

Admission dates and extra charges
In PI (f) NCFU, the learning process is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).

For admission to NCFU, you must provide:

Work is underway to organize temporary employment of students and graduates through the Center for Career Development and Youth Entrepreneurship of NCFU. Center:
- organizes activities to improve the efficiency of employment of students and graduates: Job Fairs, Career Days, Workshops, VIP lectures of famous graduates, intermediate / final distributions of senior students;
- conducts presentation events with employing companies, meetings, master classes, business games, cases for students;
- forms, with the assistance of the employment services of the North Caucasus Federal District, a joint Job Bank, a Bank of resumes of students and graduates of NCFU;
- advises on writing a resume (compiling, making amendments); on the passage of interviews in companies.
