PROGRAM OF PREPARATION FOR BACHELORATE (University Foundation).

  • Age of participants: 17 years
  • Duration of the programs: 1, 2 or 3 semesters

The programs are designed for foreign students with a diploma and a certain level of English. Candidates from all over the world are accepted. If necessary, the level of the language can be increased by going through special courses. Upon admission, applicants choose one of the 19 proposed courses, each leading to specific bachelor's programs.

Most programs last 2 semesters, but there are programs for 1 semester, as well as solid programs lasting 3 semesters in the field of Science and Engineering and Health and Human Sciences. Education takes place in small groups (up to 15 people), each student receives maximum attention from teachers and mentors. In addition to academic support, students are provided with all the necessary support in everyday life, the process of adaptation to the structure of university life. After the successful completion of the chosen program, graduates enter the Bachelor's Department of the University of Plymouth.

Pre-Sessional English Course

  • The duration of training is 2, 6, 8 or 11 weeks.

English language courses organized in the summer months will help foreign students prepare for admission to higher education programs: bachelor's and master's degrees. For 2, 6, 8 or 11 weeks, they will attend classes led by native teachers to master the basic knowledge and skills: reading, writing, academic vocabulary, listening comprehension and speaking. The duration of training depends on the initial level of English proficiency - the lower it is, the longer the student will study.

Courses are taught both face-to-face and online, and the cost of training does not depend on the chosen form.
